Berardino, Joe
CEO of Arthur Andersen. Prior to this role, he was the managing partner for the North America Assurance and Business Advisory practice, while also heading Assurance and Business Advisory for the Metro New York practice. Joe is presently a member of the Andersen Worldwide board of partners, the executive council for the United States practice and the leadership council for Metro New York. He also played a leading role in negotiating a recent settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on auditor independence rules.
